With a small CCX (10 seats) and an overall 60 phone system (using be6k M) - I'm wondering the best way to use our 2 PRIs. If I wanted to, could I dedicate 15 channels of PRI1 to Contact Center, and the remaining channels + PRI2 to the rest of the building? If that's how it works... I'm trying to get a grasp of the more technical details surrounding the setup by the time the IT rolls in.

Yes, that's a fractional PRI

That is only supported with H.323, not with MGCP, you CAN configure it, but won't be officially supported.
