Hello,
I have a Connection cluster running 7.1.5. I notice there are over 100 voicemail in the ExampleAdministrator and the Undeliverable Messages mailbox.
Is there a way to access those VM and safely delete them?
Any inofrmation willl be appreciated.
Mark

You can configure Outlook for IMAP access to those accounts and yank them that way...

Thanks Tray...By the way, the password has expired. Is it safe to change password for these accounts?

Shouldn't be an issue.

as a side note, Bulk User Delete has an option for just clearning out the voice mail messages for selected users:

can be easier than setting up access for a desktop client and deleting them that way (assuming you don't care to review them first).
