Unity 4.0.4 SR1, E2K off-box, TSP 7.0.4(b), integrated with CCM 4.1.2.
I need to verify something: I need to change the first CCM that the Unity ports register with...as far as I know, this is simply a matter of deleting the integration in UTIM, and then re-creating it, listing the CCM I want as the primary server for Unity to register its ports with. Changing CCM group in the device pool on the voicemail ports seems to have no effect.
Anything else I need to do...?
Thanks -

You don't have to delete the integration in UTIM. You only have to change the ip address of the callmanager. When you open the VM Ports page on CCMAdmin, what ip address do you see?

I see the IP addy of Unity (192.168.234.13) and the IP addy of my publisher CCM (192.168.234.12). I need to move the ports off of the publisher CCM; we have 4.1.2 and it's causing some load issues. I've tried changing the CCM group in the device pool; it has no effect on the ports (yes, I've reset them).
In UTIM, you tell it which CCM to register to first (the primary registration). So...I just go into UTIM and rearrange the IP addresses?
