Hello,

our Guys from the Server Team will Deploy the OVA on VMware 6.5 but they told me that they have no fields for the Konfiguration during Deployment, and so we cannot get Access to the Mashine over IP.

Can some tell me how we can give the OVA Files the Information like IP-Adress to the Mashine?

Are you deploying to a stand-alone ESXi 6.5 host or through vCenter?

There is an ongoing investigation between Cisco and VMware over changes to the built-in Web Client of stand-alone ESXi 6.5 hosts that is breaking many of Cisco’s OVA templates. Here’s the defect I worked with TAC to open:

If you have vCenter it’s worth trying a deploy through it instead of the host’s web client. If neither work you may need to downgrade to 6.0 until the issue is resolved.
