Disable option for Message Notification

Currently when users get a call from Unity that they have voicemail they have option of entering their user id or to disable message notification by pressing 1.

It is confusing few users because if their user id starts with 1 they think they will disable the message notification.

Is there any way of changing the disable from 1 to 0?

No, that conversation isn't something that can be customized like that.

Are there any alternatives? Because as of now when I get an option of entering my user id, my extension 1992 is not being recognized by Unity.
