Display Calling Party Transformation as name

Hi all,

Lets say there is calling party transformation happens for inbound calls. 0553331111(mobile) calls to 0228082331(DID) and call is pickup up by 2331 DN. I have done Calling Party Transformation 0553331111 to be shown just 1111. But here is the issue although I have 1111 DN, it does not show the name, it just show 1111.

How can I make it shown name of 1111 DN instead of just 1111?

CUCM doesn't perform any reverse lookup to match a DN to a user, what you see when you call, or receive a call, is the alerting name and display name, configured under the DN.

Yeah, I dont mean user. I want to set alerting name to display on the screen. I don't see why you thought of user, I am talking about name.

Ultemate goal is not to shown 1111 as calling party. I want to see name of 1111 DN, not 1111.
