Error Logging into RTMT

When I connect to RTMT on a 10.5.2 cluster I'm getting this message:

 

unable to restore configuration! host name in the configuration is not defined in the DB!

 

DB replication seems to be fine between the 2 nodes and I'm able to get information such as registered devices without any issues.  I haven't connected to RTMT recently but noticed this when I connected this morning.  Wanted to see if it was anything that I can resolve on my own or if I needed to engage TAC.

So have you changed IPs or hostnames recently?

Nothing recently.  Last change may have been 2 months ago, but I believe the cluster has been reboot since then.

I believe a change would cause this issue, just not sure how to remedy.
I will see if I can find the solution.
