I have just recently start using the cucm in my office.
I noticed that some of the name in the corporate directory is displaying name incorrectly.
eg. helen angle (first name, last name) is showing last name first name.
how do I change back to helen angle?
eg, some are tan henry instead of henry tan.
we dont use any AD integration or LDAP.

The name from the corporate directory comes directly from the users you have configured, if there's a wrong name, you need to correct it in your server. There's no way to modify the order on which the data is presented via the built-in directory, you cannot modify anything about it. You would need to write down your own directory for that.

there is no other server that is managing the information.
we bulk import the users particulars using csv file into the call manager.
can we edit from the call manager itself?

Yes, if you're not LDAP synced, you can edit directly in CUCM your users details
