I have a client that is having an issue that someone is dialing into the system and hitting * to go to a mail box with the end result that the mailbox is getting locked out and seems this person is moving on to another mail box. Is there a way to disply where the call is comming from? Cisco Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(4) SR 1

Yes, in the SA under Subscriber Reports you'll see a "Failed Login" report - this will include, among other things, the caller Id of the user who attempted to sign into a mailbox and failed - if their caller Id is provided you'll know who it is...
