Customer has Heat Auto Ticket Generator tool, it pulls the email out of exchange but doesn't grab the WAV file.
It does work with CallPilot and Avaya UM products but with unity it won't pull the WAV file out.
Anyone else seen this?

I don't have any experience with this product, but I hope you won't mind me relating some information I found. Your post caught my eye, not because we have this product, but we have a similar product and I'm always looking at how products/applications integrate. It references an Enable Auto Attachment Feature that allows ATG to accept attachments that are appended to existing emails. Your customer may already have the WAV file indicated in their configuration, but if not, could be a place for you to start looking.
