I have never seen one. Most of the billing software apps are built on SQL databases. If you have an in house database guru, they could possibly build you one. CUCM 5/6 will export the flat file your database person could then manipulate to what you want it do. From the complexity of how billing works, it's typically not free. But if anyone finds one, that would be great!
