Hi @wilsonsant
first of all ... please check the following:
1) What Conference resource are you using (Hardware/Software)?
2) The Conference is registered?
3) Check if the correct MRGL is used (MRGL > MRG > Conference)?
4) If all the itens above are OK, then try to reset the Media Streaming service?
Hope this helps,

Hi @wilsonsant
let us know check the details:
1) Are you having problems with every Conferences? If the answer is no, then described the differences.
2) Could you be more specific about "the conference didn't work", for example: A calls B, A clicks the Conference button and calls C, A talks to C, A click the Conference button again, and the Conference starts with A, B and C.
Best regards,

Hi Marcelo,
The termination code that I mentioned the title occured when User A call User B, then extended for User C the call dropped. The site is using resource about CUCM (not is local resources)
Thanks,

Wilson

Hi @wilsonsant,
in other words, A and B are in the same location, but C is in another one, if my understanding is correct, then:
1. Check for any restrictions between the Conference resource (for A and B) and C, like Codec, CAC, ...
2. Double check A, B and C configuration, for example: What happen when A calls C? What happen when C calls A and try a conference with A and B?
Hope this helps,
