I have the following problem to run backups, it shows me an error message and when validating the services I see that the publisher and subscriber DRF Local services are stopped and the only way to "reestablish" it is by restarting it, the problem is that later from a random time the service stops again.

The client is running CUCM 12.0.1.23900-9

Can someone help me please?

I will be very grateful if you can shed some light on this.

Check your IPSEC certificate. If expired, regenerate or sign it by a CA.

hello @Nithin Eluvathingal

I tell you, that we reviewed with the client and the certificates are up to date.

The service keeps stopping for any reason.

I attach the image of the certificates.

I am going to ask the client for that information and I will tell them how it goes.

Thanks for the support.

Thank you for the update. It does look like the IPSEC certs are good. I also see that your first screenshot references the DRF Local service, have you tried restarting the DRF Master on the Publisher?
If this does not work, I think pulling DRF logs would be helpful.

@Robert Profit Thanks for your answer, I'm going to validate the restart of the DRF master in the PUB

Excuse me, if the latter does not work, can you give me the location to be able to get the DRF records; And which data would be good and which would be bad?, to put it in one way.

Again, thanks for the help.

The logs should be accessible via RTMT (Trace and Log Central->Remote Browse or Collect Files->Then select the DRF services)

They can also be accessed from the CLI:

file list activelog /platform/drf/trace/ detail

Example:
For DRF Local:
file view activelog /platform/drf/trace/drfLA*.log

For DRF Master:
file view activelog /platform/drf/trace/drfMA*.log

@Robert Profit

I tell you that I restarted the DRF master together with the local drf on both nodes, but unfortunately the services stopped again.

I'm going to take the logs that they tell me and I'll see what errors I can find there that can give me an idea of what is causing the problem.

Thanks again for the support.
