I'm currently running CER 8.5.1. is there any way to edit the email that goes out?
we would like to add a conference bridge number to the email so the people who respond to emergencies can just touch the number to dail and be connected in one big conference.
This would allow our people at the front desk to listen and direct EMS, the people at the elevator to know that EMS is walking in the Door, and for the people who are on site or coming, to be able to communicate.
Seems like a very easy solution, but I don't know how to edit it.
Currently we carry push to talk cell phones (blackberries) that are on the way out of the company ;-)
