Setting up Jabber for everyone

Hi all,

We have placed an order for Jabber for everyone for an existing CUCM customer.

We have received and electronic license for:

JABBER-IM-RTU - Jabber for Everyone Right to Use.

How does this translate into actually users?

How do we get the CUP software?

Any technical/implementation documentation links would be appreciated!

Have you looked for it in ordering guide, quick Google search locates this doc which seems to cover what you need:

Thanks Chris,

I think we are missing the CUP-SERVER8.6-K9, this was on our original order but not part of the e-delivery package.

I have a case raised with Cisco licensing now.

I was more curious as to other people’s experience of the ordering/e-delivery?
