Editing UCCX script to ring to one dept first for 3 rings, a 2nd group and if no answer on the 2nd group, ring over to our tech suppt line

What I'm doing now is trying to edit our UCCX script so that when clients call in, the phones will ring to one group of people for 3 rings, then to another group. If THAT group doesn't answer, the call would THEN ring over to our tech support group. Are u allowed to help me with that aspect?



Right now the phone will ring to the first group like it's supposed to but then goes to a voicemail prompt and the call ends.

 

Can anyone tell me where, in the script, is it sending the call to voicemail instead of forwarding the call on to another group. Or have any suggestions?  

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
