Hi, I'm trying to plan an upgrade for a customer with Call Manager version 6.1.2.1131-1 and I have a couple of questions.
They have two Cisco Application Administration servers. One is only used for IVR and is running version 5.0(2) build 64. I'm wondering if that would get broken if I upgrade the CUCM to 6.1(5). I cant find a good compatibility matrix with this info.
The second question relates to version 6.1(5). I noticed in the CCM Compatibility matrix that you cannot upgrade directly to 6.1(5) from anything prior to 6.1(3) so I'd have to upgrade to 6.1(3) first and then to 6.1(5). That's all well and good, but I dont see 6.1.2.1131-1 at all as a software version in the matrix. The only ones it lists as being able to upgrade to 6.1(3) are 6.1.2.1002-1 (6.1.2 SU1A) 6.1.2.1001-4 (6.1.2 SU1) and 6.1.2.1000-13. Can I upgrade to 6.1(3) from my version of 6.1(2)?
Thanks in advance!

Because you're running an ES, but yes, you can upgrade to 6.1(3), as to the IVR, review the UCCX compatibility matrix for that.

Jaime, thanks for your response. That gets me what I need to know for the Call Manager piece.
I managed to find a compatibility matrix for this version of software, however, all I know is that it is 5.0.(2)_Build064. The release notes for versions 5.0(2) SR1 refers to that one as build053. SR2 is build045. SR3 is build317. I see no mention of a build064 in any documentation. Could that be an ES release as well, and if so how do I figure out if upgrading the CUCM to version 6.1(5) is supported?
The matrix I found lists 5.0(2) SR1 and 5.0(2) SR2 releases as being compatible with CUCM version 6.1(5). Based on that I'd think it would be ok, but I am shooting in the dark there because I cant find an SR with build064.
Thanks again.
