elm 9.1 to plm 11.5

Hello Cisco Community, Can a stand-alone Enterprise License Manager Version: 9.1.2.11900-12 be upgraded directly to prime license manager 11.5  by applying CiscoPrimeLM_64bitLnx_11.5.1.10000-5.sgn.iso via the Enterprise License Manager GUI (Administration > Install/Upgrade).

Are any "Refresh Upgrade" files required before beginning the upgrade?

you can refer the link for up gradation.

only CiscoPrimeLM_64bitLnx_11.5.1.10000-5.sgn.iso file is required for upgrade.

does "ciscocm.version3-keys.cop.sgn" need to be applied to Enterprise License Manager Version: 9.1.2.11900-12 before update CiscoPrimeLM_64bitLnx_11.5.1.10000-5.sgn.iso?

Yes, you will require ciscocm.version3-keys.cop.sgn and elm_Elm_v9_1_1_PlmUpgrade.cop.sgn files in order to upgrade from ELM 9 to PLM 11.5. Refer below:

Just for completeness of this thread, Elm_v9_1_1_PlmUpgrade is only required if you are updating from 9.1.1 :-)

It should have been obvious but then we "live and learn"
