Enable calendar integration (CUPC) for multiple users at once?

I know how to enable calendar integration for a single user using the User config, however, I would like to enable it for all of my users.  I don't want to log into User Config as my users and check the box, and want to do them all at once?

Is there a way to do that, either from within the administation page or via the CLI?

Please advise...

You can execute the stored procedure from the CLI but it's per-user. The "on by default" is a feature request we'll see next year hopefully.
