Can someone provide me a link to the Engineering Specials? The one that's listed in the "Licensing for Cisco Unity (All Versions)" document doesn't seem to work. And I've been unable to locate it via regular searches on the Cisco site.
The one I'm looking for deals with License Pooling on Unity Version 4.2.
And here's why. I networked this server with a Unity 5.0 server and it's not recognizing the licenses from the 5.0 server.
Thank you,
Dan

Hello,
Maybe i am mistaken but no one has access to the ES unless cisco TAC engineer gives access , and it also should be given to a specific CCO ID .

Thank you for the response Amer. I'm going to open a TAC Request. As I have a CCO User ID with 3 different contracts under it.

Hello,
The reason for that is , The ES is custimzed for a specific BUG with a specific conditions , that's why only cisco TAC engineer should give the access , the TAC engineer will make sure that you are hitting this exact bug with the exact conditions , if so he will posted for you and you can download it and install it.
Enjoy

Just an update. I got the ES I needed from TAC. Installed it on the server and everything is working as it should.
Appreciate your responses Amer.
