What would the path be for upgrading an existing cluster of CUCM / CUC 9.1.2 - partitions aligned, virtualized on C220-M3s.
Would like to upgrade to 10.5 without going through a ton of effort - I understand obtaining license files and downloading ISOs.
All ESW/UCSS is current.

Kenneth,
I would recommend looking at the Prime Collaboration Deployment (PCD) to facilitate the upgrade. PCD can do either an inline upgrade or it can do a migration to different VM's, IP and hostname. PCD is a zero cost line item when you order 10.0 UCM. If you have access to the Collaboration User Group, I did an hour long session on PCD...but you must be part of the CUG to access this content.
If PCD is not used, then the upgrade process will be the same as previous version where you will do an inline upgrade of the publisher to 10.0. then all the subscribers and TFTP servers.
Thanks,

Thanks for the reply, Dan - I'll research the presentation since I'm a CUG (CCP) member.
