hello,
i exported some devices, specifically turret trading, and the file is in .txt format .
when i try to import it into a new call manager , it's impossible. i think it's due to the format .i tried exporting phones using the specific detail and all detail options , and both are in . txt format. do you have any idea how i can import them into the new call manager without errors?
thank you ,

you must use "cucm bulk administration"
for bulk export, import purposes..
see this links + do google search for PDF's & Video's..

If the source and destination CUCM clusters are running different versions you will also need to review the column headers. Sometimes newer versions add a column. If that happens, you will need modify the CSV to include that the column and an acceptable value.
