Hello Guys,
I am using CUCM 11.x with Jabber clients from home over VPN. also having extend and connect feature for end users.
when they call with use of cti remote destination device it is working fine for local and mobile calls.
but when trying to use international calls with FAC code option, we are unable to heard any tone or fac code prompt on Jabber and Cti Remote Device.
What could be cause and how could fix it?
