We have implemented extension mobility for a UCM installation version 7.1(5), and I've noticed that when a user (user A) is logged out and another user (user B) calls his extension, B receives a busy tone. Is there any way to let A know about the missed call(s) that he received while he was logged out, the next time he logs in?

By Call Manager, you can create an extension for the phone that when a user logged out, the call manager will give the phone another extension
but before the user log out, he should make transfer all the call to this extension.
So , he can know about the missed call

Not in the currently available versions. Missed/Placed/Received call logs are stored against the device, not the directory number sadly.
