 I have to add an DX70 to CUCM result I have this error message Failed: 485 Ambiguous / Device type mismatch

What CUCM version is this?

are you running android or CE?

CUCM Version 11.5, CE version 8.2.1 on DX70

There are 2 types of DX70s in CUCM depending on Android vs. CE firmware load:  "Cisco Telepresence DX70" and "Cisco DX70". If you are running Android firmware make sure you configure "Cisco DX70" and not the first one.

Hi, I need to add a dual MX800 to CUCM (Business Edition 6000). But I still have this error message that appears: Failure: 485 mismatch / device type Sip record failed: 485 Ambiguous / Device Type. Check the SIP configuration and connectivity to the SIP proxy. Can someone help me?
