Failed to add HCMF device in CUCDM

I have installed CUCDM 11.5 and HCM-F 11.5. But I failed to add a HCMF device in CUCDM. you can see the message in attached.

Hi Shi,

Can you please check from the CLI if the services are activated and running on HCMF using the command "utils service list"?

Also, ensure that the credentials defined for HCMF are correct on CUCDM.
