Is there anyway to copy the entire flash memory of my router via tftp instead of coping it file by file?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to do this. In order to backup the entire contents of a devices flash, you have to do it one file at a time.

I don't remember if I was ever successful but try the following:  copy flash:* tftp
