My customer is doing a PoC with a third party application for analytics.
They have PRI terminated on Gateway and registered to CUCM using MGCP.
Using XMF, they have done all configurations as mentioned in the Cisco Doc but have configured remote-url 1 pointing to <http://3rd party application Ip>.
I got involved very late in this and currently customer is complaining the RTP is not streaming to this application. But am not sure if it was working earlier as well.
So my query is,
1. Will it work with PRI and MGCP configuration
2. Remote url is normally pointed to this 3rd party Application. But all the docs are saying it should be pointed to CUCM and vendor is saying thats how there application works using http
3. Customer is saying there are no configurations required on CUCM including SIP trunk to this application
So can someone guide me on this as all the documents are mentioning for media sense recording based solution and not for any 3rd party application.

Its an old live document.

This is from the latest Imagicle call recording configurations guide. its a third party recording application which we commonly sell in this region.

Thanks Nithin for the reply with pointers to documents.
Just need a clarification on this point,
- Can we point the Remote url to a 3rd party Application using http protocol. With no trunks on CUCM to this 3rd party application?
