Forwarded Voicemail is classified as IPM.Note

Unity 4.0(4)SR1 w/Failover and CCM 4.0(2a)SR2b - some subscribers' forwarded voicemails to other subscribers are not formatted as IPM.Note.Voice.Unity. The dependency is who forwards the message.

For example - I forward a voicemail to Joe, his MWI illuminates. Joe forwards the same message to me, the MWI stays dark. The message class via DPT is just IPM.Note.

This problem follows specific subscribers, and does not misbehave when forwarding thru the TUI.

The client is responsible for preserving the message class on a forward - what's the common point between the subscribers having a problem? Do they have the VMO extension installed? Email virus scanning differences?
