Forwarding to Unity Route Point

I currently have a Route Point (25305) built to Unity for a shared voice mail box that anyone can access if they have the password. This box is not associated with any phones. When I dial this Route Point from the CallManager it goes into the box as expected. It also goes just fine when dialed from a CRS script. The problem here is that it will not work when I put this Route Point in as the Destination for Forward All & Forward No Answer. It goes to Unity, but it just goes to the Unity auto-attendant app rather than to box 25305. I just can't seem to figure out what the difference would be between a direct-dial call and a forwarded to call. Why would they receive different dispositions in Unity? Is this the CallManager dialing a different Route Point or Unity seeing this as a forward and treating it differently? Any ideas, suggestions, or past experiences would be appreciated.

You can use the Call Viewer in Unity to see what call info is being presented with the call. If the call shows up as 'Direct' instead of 'Forwarded' then it'll hit a different set of call routing rules in Unity. If the call does show up as 'Forwarded' then check to make sure the Forwarding number is what you expect it to be.

I had just found this also. However, I'm only receiving the last 5 digits of the line number. (Note: Almost all of my lines are 5 digits on my CallManager, but I do have some local lines that come in to local routers and are configured as 7 digits). I have a temporary patch in place by building rules to accommodate the 3 lines and send them directly to the subscriber box. My concern is though that on future site additions we could run into a situation where the last 5 digits of a 7 digit extension are duplicated. Any ideas?

Unless you've manually configured some Extension Remapping, there's nothing in Unity that would strip off the leading two digits. You should probably review the CCM config. Perhaps a VoiceMail Profile Mask is getting used and it only sends 5 digits? Thats just a stab in the dark though.
