Is there a report or way to show when a subscriber enabled/disabled the alternate greeting? Getting reports of it changing on it's own every few days and subscriber reports do not show any activity of this so wondering if there is anything to troubleshoot this or way to get a log showing it's a user/etc making change.

Unfortunately there's not a report that will show when users update their greetings here - the user level reports focus on message leave/retrieve/notification events, not setup configuration changes as they happen.
You can note when users call in and their message stack changes but you can't prove they changed their greeting during the course of the call...

Hi -
This may not apply to you, but I knew there was a bug associated with Unity 4.1 for Alternate Greeting. If customer used ciscopca to update alternate greeting and did not enable an END date, the greeting was not saved. This is reported fixed in 4.2 and I believe is CSCsb70362.

Yea, I saw that bug id when searching, etc bug toolkit and release notes. Just one of those items that is probably "user error" but am being told no and need to prove it.
Is there any traces I can set to log when a greeting was enabled/disabled over TUI or PCA?
