Can we have installed on same server Presence 6.0 , Unity Connection 2.0 and Communications Manager 6.1? Is this possible?

Yep, this is how it is.
As for Presence, here's the official line from the data sheets:
Cisco Unified Presence 6.0 is a software product that must be loaded on a Cisco MCS 7825, 7835, or 7845 Media Convergence Server and run as a standalone application.
It CANNOT be deployed with any other Cisco application co-resident on that hardware.

Unfortunately not, these are based on different OS platforms.

So on Communcations Manager 6.1 server we can't have other applications?

Correct, Unified Communications Manager 6.1 is a Linux-based appliance model.
With the old 3 & 4.x versions which were Windows based, you had the option of having things like CRS co-resident. I think Presence and Connections were still seperate though.
Unfortunately now these have to be on a seperate Windows server.
Hope this helps..

OK, so to conclude,
CCM 6.1 - alone on serever
Presence 6.0 - alone on seperate server
Unity Connection 2.0 - alone on seperate server
and we can't mix this software, they all need separate server.

depending on the number of users (only if less than 500) you could have CUCM and CUC on the same server working as a business edition (7816 or 7828 required)
if you require more than those users or something like LDAP or other VM system then you do need separate servers
