Hello All,
I know there are a lot of posts regarding this issue and I have followed the advice but still I am facing the high active partition even after changing the High/Low Watermarks, restarting the Log Service Tool.
I also don't just want to delete log files before being a 100% confident it is not needed.
I have tried downloading old crash dump files via RTMT but I get a response there are no files.
So I am now at a dead-end and wish to understand where I am going wrong.
Any help will greatly be appreciated!

Hello @Jan Slabber
First you need to be sure if the Active partition that is in high use are the Common Partition where the logs are stored.
If RTMT steps are not working you can always install the "common free" cop file to clean all logs from this partition. This is used before upgrading process to ensure enough space to install the new version on Partition B.

This is safe to use how many times needed. Remember that all of your logs will be erased!
