Historical Individual E1 Usage Graphs

Hi,

Customer has Prime Collaboration Assurance 9.5 (Base). They have 2 x 3845 gateways each with 5 x E1 PRIs connected to PSTN using MGCP protocol.

They have requested  historical usuage statistics on individual E1s (average active calls. busy hour etc) - I am new to Prime and I am struggling to get any decent information for them. Both 3845 gateways are discovered in Device Work Centre.....I have MGCP selected in Assurance Setup --> CDR Trunk Utilisation.

If someone could point me in the right direction I would be grateful

I had a similar case in the past with the version 10.5 and Cisco TAC recommended the upgrade to the version 10.6.1.
