Historical Reporter hangs print spooler in Win 7

When users using Historical Reporter on Windows 7 click on view, the print spooler hangs just prior to the report coming up.  They can print from every other application on their computer but the Cisco Historical Reporter hangs the print spooler everytime.

We use cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports version 8.0 (2.8) if it makes a difference

BTW, I tried the fix below without success also

When unable to print reports from the Cisco UCCx Historical Reports client, open the hrconfig.ini file and modify the ‘[MODEL]‘ section as noted below. The hrconfig.ini file is located in the C:\Program Files\Cisco UCCX Historical Reports directory.

****Section to modify below this line*****

[MODEL]
;Use one of the following values:
;1 – to use Shared Memory model
;0 – to not use Shared Memory model (default)
UseSharedMemory=0

*****Section to modify above this line*****

Change ‘UseSharedMemory=0′ to equal 1.

UseSharedMemory=1

CSCtn20575 Bug Details

Could not start print job to network on HRC for CCX 8.0(2).
Symptom:
Cutomers on CCX 8.0 may not be able to print to the network in Historical Reports Client even though all other print jobs work fine. Error message states "Could not start print job" from the Crystal report viewer.

Conditions:
Only affects customers on the 8.0 platform of UCCX. Does not seem to matter if they are on a client system of XP or Win7.

Workaround:
They can either map the HRC user system directly to the network printer, bypassing the print server, or save the report to the PC and then open in a PDF viewer and print from there. Bypassing the print server seems to be a good option.

This actually doesn't help.  they've been able to print in the past and some people still can.  the problem is that as soon as the report pops up, it hangs the print server.  They haven't even asked it to print anything yet.
