Holiday Greeting

Hi Everyone

I have a question about the holiday greeting, I have a standard greeting for offhours and regular holidays but I need to make a neew one just for this holiday, how can I just change the recording of the standard greeting so i dont have to make a new one, I have the wave file to replace it but i don't seem to find it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

You'll want to select "paste from file" on the media master bar. The following link explains this:

You can also go into the alternate greeting of the mailbox you want and record a greeting. Then activate the alternate greeting; the alternate takes priority over standard and closed. HTH's

Yep, in the X:\Commserver\StreamFiles directory
