There is UC system in our company, UC version is 11. When people call us, the system will say 'Welcome call xxxx company'. The problem is that our company has changed the name, the system answers our old name, how can I delete this wrong automatical answer? Thanks.

You can change the welcome greeting to reflect the new company name by following the instructions here:
Look under the heading "Recording the Welcome Prompt"

The version of our UC is 11.0.1.21900-11. There isn't " Application Administration Main Menu".
