Hello, I need to configure my BE6000 for the following needs:
- External users call a specific internal number (e.g. 001345666). Is just one, can I use the hunt pulit the same?
- If 5666 is busy (on conversation), external users must hear a recording with periodic custom messages (and moh) like "thanks for calling XYZ corp. please wait until someone replies"
- If external users call during closed offices (how can I configure schedules?), they must hear another message (e.g. the office is closed. please call during working hours).
Thanks to everyone!

You can use ToD for the call routing, but then, where would you record the greetings you want to play???

You can configure a DID in pretty much any element within CUCM's dial plan, including a hunt pilot.
You can configure a hunt pilot with queuing enabled for your second requirement.
You can configure the standard and closed greetings along with the required schedule in CUC for your last requirement.

Thanks, can I implement schedules without using CUC?
