How can I move the greeting wave file in Unity ?

I want to replace the ICS-7750 to MCS platform and question for the greeting wave file migration.

I'll create exactly same Call Handler name in the new system. Can I just copy the wave file from old system ?

That process utilizes DiRT. The DiRT utility will allow you to preserve Unity objects and data, greetings, voice names, routing rules, switch configuration etc…
