There are several ways to confirm:
1. In the System event log, you will see the event NtServicePack, event ID 4377 with the message Windows 2000 Hotfix KB835732 was installed.
2. From Add/Remove Programs, you can inspect the installed hotfixes.
3. Run QFECHECK.exe on your server. This is a Microsoft tool that allows you to quickly identify and validate the hotfixes that have been applied to your system. The command is Qfecheck.exe /v. Link to MS http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;282784&sd=tech
4. Look in the Unity server's registry under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows Nt\Currentversion\hotfix
