Hi,
I tried by copying the subscriber template, and allow access to reset PIN.
Then assigned this to the subscriber, but if he logs in onto saweb, he gets this message;
Server.CreateObject(AvSaLocalization.AvSaLocalization.1) failed.
This is most likely an error with a DLL, probably AvSaLocalizationSvr.dll or perhaps AvSaLocaleInfoSvr.dll.
Check that these files are present, and registered with REGSVR32.
Also be sure that the appropriate MsgStoreRes.dll file is present.
Cannot continue.

Is there a step I am missing?
it's Unity Voice Messaging 4.2.1 with ES47
on W2K3, and offbox Exchange 2K3 on W2K3

Sounds more like a problem loading resource strings for the language of the user's browser. What languages are installed on the system (Unity) and what language is the user's browser configured for?

US and NZ are installed, but only NZ is activated I think.
I'll check the browser, but am quite sure it's set to en-nz

I have the same issue. I checked the language on the browser(en-us) and it's correct, I restarted IIS and from the error message tried to register the dll file and I still the the error.
Any ideas??
