How do I find the total number of Unity subscribers in my system?

Two ways I can think of:

1) Open SaWeb, Licensing, License Counts

2) Start button, Programs, Unity, Licensing

Hi -

There are a couple of ways to display phones in CallManager CCMAdmin. One of the easiest ways is to select Device - Phones and in the Find Phones display, select the drop-down boxes for Device Type; Contains; 7960. This search will give you all of the 7960's in your cluster. If you leave the first two boxes at Device Name and Contains and the search field blank (the defaults), then click the Find button, you will get all of the phones displayed, but also will see CTI ports, Unity ports, etc. Another valuable report we use is the Route Plan - Route Plan Report. You can leave the fields default to All Patterns and click the Find button. Then select the hyperlink over to the right that says "View in File". This spreadsheet can be useful in tracking your route plans as well as your phones.
