If you are trying to drop a voicemail message on a phone extension after a while there will be a system default prompt to press 1 to save ,6 to listen to recording and # to save . How can one remove that system default prompt or modify it from cisco unity.
The prompt usually occur after some seconds or minutes even if you are not saying anything while on voicemail.

At the moment I don’t have access to a CUC system to check and I don’t recall the exact name of the setting, but there is a setting on the user account that lets the caller to edit a message after it is left. Deselect this setting and set after message action to hang up the call. This should stop the standard message from being played.
