How do I remove the IVR voice?

Hello,

Is there a way to stop the automated lady from saying "Welcome to MeetingPlace?"

I'd like callers to just go straight into their meeting with no automated voice person.

I currently have all meetings manually created by the admin as continuous meetings.  I have DID configured so when users dial the number they go straight into the meeting...but they hear the woman welcoming them to meetingplace, which is annoying to some, and unecessary for everybody.

Meeting Place 7.

Thank you.

Hello Tod

I just found this old question posted and will try to answer it.

Basically the system will always play the prompt while joining the system.

So basically by default it will play the prompt number 180 which is the file sANYCONFWELCOME in the system.

What you can do is customize the prompts of your system and make the prompt to be a silence audio file.

Check these guides:

http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Cisco_Unified_MeetingPlace%2C_Release_7.0_--_How_to_Customize_Music_and_Voice_Prompts#Uploading_a_Custom_Music_or_Voice_Prompt

Here is the link with an Excel sheet with all the MP prompts:

Hope it helps.
