I can't answer the TMS piece. I have never worked with it and therefore don't know the OS at all, but if you have the space available and can create the file location that can be accessed I would think it is similar to most systems. I take it you don't have any other servers locally for this piece, is that why you want to do it via TMS? Personally I would just use a Windows server with Solar Winds in a different location and set it to run over a weekend, should be finished when you get back to the office.
