How i can configure cisco jabber 9.6 for windows softphone/deskphone & IM and VM integration

I need to register cisco jabber in CUCM 9.1 for softphone/deskphone & IM and voice mail integration

can someone tell me step by step what i have to do ??

our enviroment is : -

Cisco unified communication manager 9.1

Cisco unified presence and IM server 9

Cisco Unity Connection 9.1
