How to bulk set "Unified Messaging Accounts" in UC 9.x

I need to enable voicemail to email for all 400+ users we have at our central location.  Is there a way to bulk set "Unified messaging Account" under for each existing user in UC 9.x?

The setting I want to enabgle is located at

(UC9.1) - "User/Edit/Unified Messaging Accounts" and select the only account we have setup ( "Exchange").
