Hello,
Is there any basic way to change greeting for all cuc 8.x users? or use a alternate new greeting for all users wihout doing user by user.

You can use the Bulk Edit feature in the Users section to change Greetings for multiple users.
Just select the users and click the "Bulk Edit" button. From there, it's just a matter of changing the greeting as if you were just doing one user. (Edit----Greetings-----whatever greeting )

The standard greeting is always enabled but the Alternate greeting will always take precedence over the standard greeting. To set the standard greeting, just disable the alternate greeting in bulk edit.

I have done some but problem is not solved. But then ı relaized that we have to do for all languages like below;

1) we can edit greeting from bulk edit. now the alernative greeting are used.
