How to check the quantity of phone licenses I have on CME

Hi,

I have a CME (version 9.1) with some 9971 and Jabber Voice Clients SIP phone. I am buying 16 news 9971 phones and the reseller is selling the licenses for the each phone. My questions are:

1. How can I check the quantity of phone licenses I have on my CME?
2. The number of phones possible to install on my CME is the maximum number of voice registers pools (1-58)? I have just 40 numbers registered between 9971 and Jabber Clients.
3. Analysing this scenario, is necessary to buy also the license for the new phones? If yes, how can I install this licenses?

You can find the maximum phones allowed on your system using the max-ephone command:

conf t

telephony-service

max-ephone ?

All phones registered to CME require a license. However, there is nothing to install. The license is simply a right to use paper license.
