Looking for help, Client lost voicemail on cme 8.6. I want to build CUC 11.5 and connect with SIP trunk, are they compatible?

If you have both systems, you're free to try it, but you obviously cannot call Cisco for support as it's not listed as compatible or supported.

Thank you for responding, I saw that as well. This Client's voicemail failed and I am looking to integrate unity via a sip trunk, I was hoping that someone had success irregardless of that document. The client cannot afford a new system at this time but need voicemail.

The guest has no smart-net, so no support anyway. I will give it a try anyway, with my fingers crossed of course.
